Mawaddah Travel is the travel division of Mawaddah Partners Ltd, a Mauritius-based travel company providing Umrah packages, holiday packages and worldwide travel services. By using our services or making a booking, customers agree to the following terms and conditions.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Customers are responsible for providing accurate personal information, travel documents and required details necessary to complete their booking.
Payment requirements vary depending on the selected travel service and supplier conditions. Customers will be informed of applicable payment schedules before confirmation.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that passports, visas, permits, health documents and other required travel documents are valid. Mawaddah Travel may assist customers with travel requirements but final approval remains the responsibility of the relevant authorities.
Travel services may involve airlines, hotels, transport providers, visa providers and other third-party suppliers. Their individual terms, conditions and policies may apply.
Changes or cancellations are subject to the policies of the relevant suppliers. Mawaddah Travel will assist customers throughout the process, but cannot guarantee refunds where suppliers impose restrictions or non-refundable conditions.
Mawaddah Travel shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations or changes caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes or airline disruptions.
Our team remains available to assist customers before, during and after their journey whenever support is required.
