Mawaddah Travel will assist customers throughout the refund process but cannot guarantee approval where suppliers apply non-refundable conditions.
Visa application fees, processing charges and government fees are generally non-refundable once submitted or processed by the relevant authorities.
Umrah package refunds are subject to airline, hotel, transportation and visa-related conditions. Customers are advised to review package-specific conditions before confirming their booking.
